Artadia San Francisco Award
What: A $10,000 award for a selected artist in San Francisco. Awards are based on merit. The award money can be used however the artist sees fit.

ISAP 9th Annual International Open Online Exhibition
What: An online exhibition for acrylic works hosted by the International Society of Acrylic Painters.
Who: Acrylic painters ages 18 and over

Fee: $35 for up to 2 submissions

What: The S&R Foundation Washington Award recognizes talented emerging artists working in visual arts, music, and dance.
Who: Artists working in music, dance, or visual arts, including painting, photography, sculpture or interdisciplinary arts, 18 years and older

Amount: $10,000

SCWS 2018 National Annual Exhibition
What: A juried exhibition hosted by the South Carolina Watermedia Society.
Who: U.S. water media artists, ages 18 and over

Location: Columbia, SC
Fee: $50 (SCWS members may enter their first piece free, and an additional piece for $20; students may receive a submission discount as well)

Sculpture on the Lawn 2018
What: Artists are invited to submit work - existing or conceptual - for the fourth annual Sculpture on the Lawn exhibition, an outdoor display in the heart of downtown Orlando, where the works are visible to approximately 10,000 people daily.
Who: Sculptors (Open to experienced professionals as well as students and emerging artists who specialize in the design, construction and installation of outdoor sculptures.)

Abstract International Photography Exhibition
What: An abstract photography exhibition hosted by the Center for Fine Art Photography.

Art Comes Alive (ACA)
What: ACA awards over $300,000 to artists and is nationally recognized as 'The Academy Awards for Artists.” Jurors will cast their votes for the top artists who will be showcased in a final 150 artist exhibit.

Southern Printmaking Biennale VIII International
What: A juried exhibition for printmaking. Submissions must be original, innovative works in all printmaking media including mono-prints, monotypes, large-scale prints, three- dimensional prints, created at any point in your career.
Who: Printmakers around the globe, 18 years and older
Application Deadline: August 6
Exhibition Dates: October 1 - 26, 2018

4th Annual Hand Pulled Prints: The Current Practice in Printmaking
What: An international juried exhibition at Site:Brooklyn reflecting the ambitious, innovative and contemporary in printmaking today. National Endowment for the Arts | Our Town Grant
What: Our Town is the National Endowment for the Arts’ creative placemaking grants program. Our Town grants support place-based and knowledge building projects that integrate arts, culture, and design activities into efforts that strengthen communities by advancing local economic, physical, and/or social outcomes.

Amount: $25,000 - $200,000

Merged
What: Merged is a national exhibition of self-expressive collage and assemblage artworks. The collage and assemblage artworks in this exhibition effectively convey the artist's thoughts, feelings, and/or ideas.

London Pop Up Art Fair
What: The London Pop Up Art Fair is hosted by Sunny Art Centre in the heart of the city London. This art fair is intended to be a launch pad for the very best young and emerging artists from across the UK and the world.

Fair Dates: June 6 - 8, 2018

What: The ON::VIEW residency provides a free, high visibility studio space for an artist to complete a four-week project. Sulfur Studios is currently accepting applications for the following residency periods.

What: A national juried exhibition for two-dimensional media. Painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, and mixed media works with a maximum depth of five inches; as well as other traditional or non-traditional two-dimensional media, excluding film, are welcome.

The Latin American Contemporary Fine Art Competition
What: The competition offers artists from Latin America, the Caribbean and the Latin American diaspora the unique opportunity to present their art to an international audience in the famous art district of Chelsea, in New York City.

Plein Air on the Santa Cruz
What: The Tubac Center of the Arts and Rancho Santa Cruz announce “Plein Air on the Santa Cruz,” Tubac’s first Plein Air Retreat and Workshop, culminating in an exhibition and sale. A variety of guest artist packages are available with or without meals and lodging at the ranch. All packages include paint outs, workshops, welcome reception, barbecue, Sunday brunch, and snacks, as well as the opportunity to show and sell work at the Tubac Center of the Arts during the Fall Arts Festival.

Seven Deadly Sins: Excellence in Photography
What: An international juried photography exhibition presented by Cotuit Center for the Arts. This year's theme is the seven deadly sins. This broad category leaves room for your own unique interpretation of pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth.

White Cube Residency – New Mexico
What: Each year Annex:art offers its White Cube Residency in San Fidel, New Mexico. This short-term, sponsored residency program is being offered in cooperation with Gallery 66, located in the historic Acoma Curio Shop. The program is open to creative individuals working in any genre, including visual art, music and literature. The residency is available for 2 – 4 weeks, includes studio workspace, living accommodations, $1000 stipend and an exhibition of the completed work.
Who: All artists. Must be 21 years old to participate and eligible to travel to and stay in the United States for the period of his/her residency.

2019 Napa Lighted Art Festival
What: Both artists and artist collaborative groups are encouraged to apply to have an installation featured at the Napa Lighted Art Festival. The festival supports the innovative techniques using light and light technologies as a growing art medium. Light itself in any form should be the actual artwork and we require that the role of light be essential to your concept.

Artrooms Fair – Seoul 2018
What: Artrooms is the first international contemporary art fair offering free exhibition spaces to independent artists, innovating the way artists and buyers meet. After London and Rome, the Artrooms Fairs open a new edition in Seoul, South Korea.

Integrity: Arts & Culture Association Grants
What: Integrity: Arts & Culture (IACA) sponsors mini-grants for artists focusing on creative endeavors in the literary, performing, and visual arts. Grants are intended to assist with such things as art supplies, recording studio time, exhibits, performances, project-related expenses, etc.
Who: Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent legal resident, 18 years of age or older. High school or college undergraduate students may not apply. Graduate students may apply, but they do not fund tuition or student projects.
Application Deadline: August 31
Amount: Mini-Grants generally average $250
Fine Print: Within 30 days of the close of the project, they require 1-2 paragraphs describing how their support benefited you. Learn more here.
Artist Residency in Upstate NY
What: Main Street Arts is accepting applications for their residency program. Artists in residence have 24-hour access to a large studio on our second floor, the option to show work in the gallery, and the opportunity to teach paid workshops. Facilities include 200 sq. ft. studio spaces, an electric kiln, potters wheel, etching press, and more.
Who: Artists 18 years or older living in the United States

What: Fiberart International 2019 seeks to exhibit the best of contemporary art and invites submissions that reflect a wide range of works related to the fiber medium.

Aesthetica Art Prize
What: Celebrating excellence in art from across the world, the internationally renowned Aesthetica Art Prize offers both emerging and established artists the opportunity to showcase their work to a wider audience and further their engagement with the art world.
Two awards are available for entry: the Main Art Prize, open to all practitioners, and the Emerging Art Prize, open to current students and artists who have graduated within the last two years. Both awards include prize money for the winner, a group exhibition and editorial coverage in Aesthetica magazine.

Greenwich/Westchester International Art Fair Oct 2018
What: This October, the Greenwich/Westchester ArtFair presents a curated selection of up to 50 of the world’s most respected art galleries. As many as 50 artists will be selected from this Competition to display their original works at this four-day cultural event attended by the world’s leading primary dealers, as well as a highly-affluent concentration of prestigious collectors, interior designers, and corporate art curators.
Who: All international artists, 18 years and older

Exhibition Dates: October 11 - 14, 2018
Opening Reception: October 13, 6-8 PM
Location: Purchase, NY
Fee: $75 for 3 images, $85 for 4 images, $95 for 5 images. The entry fee for 3 and 4 images includes a complimentary ticket to the ArtFair ($70.00 value), 5 images includes two tickets (value of $125.00).
