During this prayer and paint, the Lord showed me a really dark storm of overwhelming chaos, fear, and torment. The storm represented all the things that we struggle through. A mental health struggle of torment in the mind and intrusive thoughts. I asked God what he wanted to show me about the dark storm and immediately I saw a lion come out from the darkness open his mouth and let out the loudest roar. I saw myself standing at the bottom, a tiny speck in the eyes of the lion, but I was protected. The roar pushed back all of the darkness and cleared the way for me to stand tall and walk confidently.
