When I visited Iguazu Falls in 1996, the experience left me speechless. Here was a chance to describe it with more than mere words. This piece became a catalyst to loosen up with textural elements in my landscapes; I decided to just “go with the flow” and not even create a drawing first as usual. The spontaneous process was wonderful; the flow of my machine as I was freely stitching the threads and the eternal and massive flow of these falls came to life.
