April 2023 I was commissioned by the Eden shopping Centre in High Wycombe to paint a mural of honey bees. It was to be part of their half term art trail to help raise more awareness for the importance of preserving our wildlife and the environment. It was a real privilege to have this opportunity to engage with the public and add some colourful cheer to the shopping centre. It came with numerous challenges...the weather was not kind to me and I had to brace the wind and the rain. Eden provided me with daily scaffolding and despite its scale I found my self using hundreds of tiny brushes in order to achieve a smooth line on top of the red brick and pointing. I hope the people of High Wycombe will continue to enjoy it for many years to come.
